| Abstract: Based on the real-time monitoring datas of the wholesale price of scallion, ginger and garlic in China, the price changes of scallion, ginger and garlic from January to July of 2019 were analyzed from time and provincial perspectives. The results showed that the price of scallion and ginger had seasonal fluctuation characteristics, and the price of garlic was affected by the previous price depression, it was running at a high level. The price of scallion and ginger in 2019 was at the upper and middle level, while the price of garlic was at a lower level. It was found that Shandong province had a price advantage by comparing the prices of the main producing provinces of scallion, ginger and garlic. It is forecasted that the price of scallion will fall, the price of ginger will remain stable, and the price of garlic will fall. |
